Description
In order to receive the PHDA certification, students have eight hours to:
- Act as an IT help desk employee to resolve several common types of support tickets.
- Create a final report consisting of Knowledge Base documentation for each ticket and with step-by-step instructions explaining how it was resolved.
With this package, students receive access to the following:
- One (1) exam attempt plus one (1) free retake that does not expire.
- Lifetime access to the 17 hour Practical Help Desk course.
Prerequisites and System Requirements
- No previous IT experience is required
- Stable internet connection
